    The following are general terms and conditions of purchase governing HELHEL™ online purchases. This is an agreement between HELHEL™ (Australian Business Number 43 289 066 112) and the user of this website (the customer, you). HELHEL™ is a registered Australian company, governed by the trading terms within Australian law. The use of this website and the purchase of our items are subject to these legally binding term and conditions. You are requested to read these terms and conditions carefully and must be in acceptance to continue accessing this website. The information and data recorded within the HELHEL™ site between HELHEL™ and the customer will act as legal evidence of the transaction in the event of a dispute. The items displayed on our website are offered to individuals above the age of majority (legal consent). HELHEL™  reserves the right to refuse the sale to, or limit the quantities sold to any individual or entity that it sees fit.  HELHEL™ makes every effort to ensure that our product description and photographs are accurate and faithful representations of our original products.

    From time to time, amendments may be made to update such terms and conditions without providing notice to individual customers. The customer agrees to be bound by the revised updates of such changes and agreements.

Our product designs, images and photography, styling and other intellectual properties remain copyright under Australian law and are not to be used for any purpose without prior written consent from HELHEL™. Our product designs are the exclusive intellectual property of HELHEL™.


    EXCLUSIVITY


    We at HELHEL™ are the exclusive supplier and manufacturer of our items and HELHEL™ products may only be purchased through our web site - helhel.com. We do not permit the purchase of items for resale and reserve the right to limit the quantities of our products for sale because of this. HELHEL™ items are not available wholesale, due to our own exclusivity policy.


    ORDERING


    All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be converted to your local currency at time of checkout through our payment gateway. After payment is made, you will immediately be sent an invoice through automated email system confirming your purchase. 


    An email will be sent to you on despatch of your item/s. This email will include tracking details for your purchase. We will send you a final email when we have confirmation of delivery from our courier service.


    GST is included in the total price for Australian customers only. International customers are responsible for their local duties and taxes. See more information in 'SHIPPING & DELIVERY'.


    Australian delivery is made with Australia Post - Express Post.


    International delivery is made with DHL Express.

    SECURE PAYMENTS


    HELHEL™ chooses to use SecurePay (A Business of Australia Post) as our Payment Gateway. SecurePay uses a 128-bit digital server certificate provided by VeriSign™. Secure Pay allows HELHEL™ to accept payments online, in a highly secure, PCI DSS compliant manner. A payment gateway ensures that our customer’s banking details are transmitted securely when they transact with us online. HELHEL™ does not have direct access to our customer’s credit card and debit card details, giving you peace of mind. SecurePay holds the highest level of PCI DSS accreditation – level 1 PCI DSS compliance. This level of encryption is currently considered realistically unbreakable. While customers are in the secure payment gateway environment making a purchase, a padlock is displayed and our site also displays a 'https' address. 



    DESPATCH


    HELHEL™ will always endeavour to issue your item/s for despatch as quickly as possible. Upon submitting your order through our website, your item will leave HELHEL™ within 2-14 days. After ordering, we will email you to advise the expected despatch time. 



    RESTOCKING & BACKORDERS


    HELHEL is a studio manufacturer. We design and produce all of own goods in small batches. We endeavour to keep everything we make in stock, but due to increased and unforseen popularity, we sell out of certain lines faster than we can make them. Our designs and how they are made are very important to us, but it does take time to make the quality products we sell. This process can take anything up to 14 days for some of our range. If you wish to order a product that is currently out of stock, our ecommerce systems will notify you of this and your product will be put on backorder if you wish to proceed.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY


    HELHEL™ guarantees safe and fast delivery of your goods. Our items are delivered within Australia exclusively by Australia Posts Express Post delivery system. Our items are delivered internationally by DHL Courier Express only. Our shipping policy ensures you will receive your items urgently, by express delivery, inclusive of tracking and signature verification on receipt of goods.


    An exception to our inclusive price is where the incorrect billing information has been supplied by the customer and HELHEL™ is required to reship the item to the correct address. HELHEL™ will contact you in the eventuality of this occurring. Please make sure you input your delivery and contact details carefully to avoid a delay, inherited shipping charge, or our inability to contact you.


    DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA


    Australia Post 'Express Post' generally delivers to all Australian capital cities within 2 days and includes tracking. Regional areas may take a little longer. This service requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery is available Monday to Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays. If nobody is available at time of delivery, a collection card will be left for you to visit your local Post Office.


    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


    HELHEL™ uses DHL Express Courier Post - an internationally recognised premium courier. This is a registered service which includes tracking. Transit times to all major cities are 1-4 days subject to customs clearance. Regional areas may take a little longer. This service requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery is available Monday to Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays. If nobody is available at time of delivery, DHL will contact you by the phone number supplied with your order, to arrange an alternative delivery time. Delivery times vary, depending on your country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. You will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges or delays. We suggest you contact your local customs office for additional information regarding particular requirements relevant to your country.


    TRACKING


    HELHEL™ uses only premium delivery services with robust customer tracking tools. Tracking numbers will be sent directly to you by HELHEL™ within your shipping confirmation email, once your order has been despatched. This email will include links to Australia Post's or DHL's tracking services so you can check on your packages progress, anytime after despatch.

    REFUNDS & RETURNS


    All HELHEL™ customers are entitled to a money back guarantee. If our product does not make you feel sublime, as we believe they will - you may return them for a full refund or exchange.


    You must notify HELHEL™ within 7 days of accepting delivery and arrange return of the products within 7 days of that notification.


    Returns will only be accepted if our jewellery pieces are in perfect condition - unmarked and in original unmarked packaging. Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons, we cannot offer exchanges on earrings that have been worn.


    Returned items must be sent via registered mail or a traceable courier system to avoid the occurrence of items lost in transit. All shipping charges, insurance and additional duties and/or taxes are at the customer's expense. Refunds are made to the original purchaser's credit card within 14 days of the return of the product to HELHEL™. 


    To make a return, please contact us by email at customerservice@helhel.com. Upon receipt of your email we will forward a Returns Authorisation Form with a Return Code - to include within your return packaging. Please ensure your reason for a return is stated in your email. You must also provide a 'proof of purchase', being the original invoice or copy issued to you.


    DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

    If a product has been damaged in transit, or eluded our strict quality control, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at customerservice@helhel.com with a suitable photographic image attached that clearly shows the damage. We will provide you with reply paid delivery information for your product return. Your jewellery will then be inspected by us to confirm the damage and a refund or replacement will be offered to you. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to contact you with details.


    We will not replace or refund if the damage or deformation was brought about by misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.

    We are very proud of our product range. All HELHEL™ designs are exclusive and available only from our website. Your FORM earrings are crafted using certified materials, means of manufacture and individual serial numbers - ensuring the highest levels of quality control and luxury standards. All HELHEL™ FORM earring products are designed and manufactured in Australia. We make everything ourselves, right down to the boxes and packaging. We leave nothing to chance. For this reason - we are proud to offer you an extended Warranty against manufacturing defects.


    Your earrings have been crafted to our highest quality specifications and are made to be enduring items of beauty, cherished for generations. In the rare event that an earring eludes our strict quality control and is defective - we provide you with the security of our ‘10 Year Warranty’. During this period, we guarantee our product to be free from any manufacturing defect and will happily accept their return for replacement or refund. Our Warranty does not cover damage or deformation brought about by misuse or negligence, specifically mentioned within the ‘Care Instructions’.


    This Warranty commences from date of purchase and is provided in addition to standard consumer guarantees and does not limit or replace them.


    If a Warranty problem occurs, email: customerservice@helhel.com and we will provide you with reply paid delivery information for your Warranty return. You will be requested to return both earrings, as they are a numbered pair and will be eliminated from further sale. Your earrings will be inspected for defect and a refund or replacement will be offered to you. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to contact you with details.
